Brian's 24 Restaurant Bar & Grill 828 6th Ave, San Diego, California 92101 1/2/2019 10:08 PM

Brian’s is a 24 hour American restaurant on 6th Street Downtown.
We had the munchies and thought we’d drop in.
The Iced Tea is passable.
Nadine asked for a water with a little ice and a lemon wedge. She got a water with a little ice. The Lemon wedges appeared out of thin air as soon as she called attention to the absence thereof.
I went crazy and ordered a Peanut Butter Burger. A regular American cheeseburger with-Guess What?-Peanut Butter! Sweet Potato Waffle Fries on the side. Drew, the server says people like it a lot.
(I got ketchup, mustard etc on the side-just in case.)
Nadine asked for a Lettuce wrapped Cheeseburger. Cole Slaw instead of fries.
Nice place. Food has been great in the past. Cool pictures on the wall, a few monitors with sports playing and a Full Bar. This place has an amazing Tin ceiling, with an even more amazing chandelier right in the middle. I’m not sure, but they might be original equipment. This restaurant is connected to the Ramada Inn Hotel, which was built in 1913. #history
We ate listening to music from the likes of Primus and the BeeGees. Awesome. Turns out it’s Drew’s playlist. Nice.
I can’t find anything to not like about the Peanut Butter Burger. Did I mention it has Bacon too? Well it does. No shortage of Sweet Potato fries either.
Pink Floyd song playing now.
I’m voting Yes on my burger.
Nadine had a minor mouth-gasm. The BeeGees were playing then, she danced in her seat and enjoyed foods.
As the Beatles are playing, I have to say that we love this damn restaurant. We will come back here over and over.
My Score: 5 Clean Plates (out of 5).

(David Bowie playing)
Side Note: This place is so cool that, last time we were here, a homeless lady asked for some food. It was raining. They gave her some hot food. Somebody has to take care of these people. Brian’s 24 won 2 lifetime customers that night.

Pictures Coming Soon!
