The Iced Tea was on point
We ordered the Pork Chop special and an egg white with Avocado and Cheese omelette.
While waiting, the wife goes to the restroom and finds something on the floor that belongs in the toilet.
She alerted the staff and the problem was solved immediately. We were told that there’s a homeless problem in the area and they use the restroom a lot.
My Solution:
Buy More Mops.
Go In There More Often to clean, because, College Students.
That said...
The food got there and my pork chops were delicious. The over easy egg yolks were 50% compromised. (One was broken open. Sad Face)
The egg white omelette with avocados and cheese was passable.
The faux flowers decorating the place are very dirty.
Minutes go by and no toast.
We flag a server down and ask about it. After checking, she returned with “Its still in the toaster.”
Slow toaster.
Literally 5 minutes later, the toast arrived.
Not cut in 1/2, like it’s supposed to be.
As God Himself intended. 
RUDE!
Anyway, if you like good Iced Tea, fake flowers, and a small, mom and pop restaurant with pretty good omelettes and pork chops, give Daily Grinds a shot.
If you like toilet contents in the toilet, tread lightly.
